Booking was made on 08/Apr/2015 and not delivered till today (28/Apr/2015). We have been following up at least from past 15 days and everyday they are telling, it will come today.
Is there someone or some authority to monitor these things, take some action? Why is taking months to deliver the cylinders only for this agency? Who gave these people distribution/agency permission, when they are not able to deliver cylinders in months?
