Consumer Redressal

We have a Tata Sky Connection since May 2010 with ID: 1046931224. We have contacted Tata Sky Customer Care for knowing the package details of 1 year and we were informed that Rs 5500 will be required for Multi TV Connection (1 HD and 1 normal) and a Rs 140 extra of HD for 2 months. Thus we paid total Rs 5640 on 10th March 2015 for a year package. But when we spoke to the Tata Sky Customer Care again on 28th April 2015 we get to know that our current balance is Rs 21, where we are informed that number of channels and other charges of Rs 515 per month extra. We earlier used to pay Rs 600 monthly for Multi TV Connection except HD channels all other chnnels were available. We hereby have a complaint that either they had mis-communicated us regarding the package and sold us the same or they themselves are charging for channel as within 45 days Rs 5640 get exhausted from our balance. I request you to please look down the problem and help us with the same. Thanks & Regards
