Consumer Redressal

I am Sujit Ghag. Am facing issues to get final settlement amount of my PF from my concern Agency Qussar Consultancy Pvt Ltd. I was joined this company in Oct-2012 and was left in July-2013. In this period PF account was changed in month of March-13 from Tamilnadu state to Thane Maharashtra State and for that we all employees filled transferred form as per the Agency instruction. when the contract period of this agency in our organization at that time also the agency not allowed us to withdraw the amount from PF and they was instructed to filled up transferred from again from our existing account to new account. In all this scenario my PF was not transferred from the chennai to Thane account till Feb-15.Again i was filled up PF withdrawal form for the chennai PF which has credited in April-15 month. now the remaining amount pension is till awaited which is still awaited but am not getting any responses from the agency on calls to get my full and final Payment.
