I have charged Rs.7959.42/-in two month, even if i was having Rs.650/-3 GB capping plan against my post paid number 9051046868 of Vodafone KOLKATA Circle. at the time of roaming there was no option to choose the vodafone operator for mannual chose option.I communicate to vodafone ODISHA as well as VODAFONE KOLKATA customer care and Appellate Officer, but I did not get any result.please suggest
