I have purchased a MIcromax mobile model no A102 dt 30.8.2014.Yesterday suddenly my phone got switched OFF i went to Micromax service centre they told me that it doesnot have warranty you have to repair it at cost of RS 2000.
Pls help me out as the cost of phone was Rs7650
