Dear Sir,
I worked with Serco Bpo Services PVT. LTD. In Bowenpally Branch. I had left the company on 25th March, 2014. In August. 2014, I had submitted my PF application form along with a cancelled cheque and my pan card xerox to Mr. Sreenivasulu B of HR Dept in My organization & my PF A/c Number is MH /94723/97091.I Have contacted There the representative was saying that till date they had not received any application from the employer. They had asked me to follow up with my employer. After that I had immediately called to my company and talk with Mr. Sreenivasulu B (Hr Dept). He told that he has send my PF application already with there agent representative. But than also he told that he will check again with there agent and will reply me within 1 Week.
After that I am continuously calling to my company but nobody is giving me correct reply and also Mr. Sreenivasulu is not coming on phone told me to apply one more time.I Have given information about legal proceedings
