I bought 220 sq ft executive suite office at Landmark corporate park, Sec 68, Gurgaon on 19/04/2012.
This agreement was based on 12% assured return. I receive this assured return for first year. But since then I have not received any rent checks. Also there is no offer of possession by the builder
