Dear sir/madam,
I am raising this voice on behalf of all the Airtel prepaid users.
I have recharged the calling pack of Rs. 77 which says all local calls at 1.3 ps/2 sec.
But its charging more than 60 ps per second.
I tried to reach customer care and customer outlet and even raised online complaints But no use.
I got all negative response from all these resolution.
I am frustrated and i am raising this issue. Hoping to see some resolution.
I have proof of all the details. Please let me if you need any other details about this issue.
