Consumer Redressal

I had ordered a videocon x30 mobile phone from snapdeal.com. The website said that the phone has android os 4.2.2 but the product i received has os 2.3.5 which is obsolete. Moreover there was an offer along with the phone that if i buy a micro sd card 16gb along with the phone, i will get rs.400 off. I was not able to take the offer and called the customer care in this regard. They were not willing to help me and i had to buy the phone without the offer. When i called the customer care for the phone which i received, my phone was not answered.
