Sir I ahve pruchased a washing machine IFB Senator 6.5 Kgs therough the dealer of CSD canteen M/S Sham Lal & Sons Delhi Cantt in the month of april 2012 and installed in Ghaziabad in the month of May 2012 since that we have lodege so many complain on customer care call centre of the company NO 1860 425 5678 and contact to the comapny senior official through telephonically/ thorugh email since the installation of machine for replacement of machine but always they said the this model is not producing by the company and why have you purchased this machine after my pressure they took up my machine and after some time they bring back some another old same model machine and fitted after that machine is not working properly at present totally shut off and they are saying we have no parts. in this connection i have all the documentary proof in which i have asked for replacement but no reply has been received from the company so far. i requested that the action may pl be taken thanking you
