Resp. Sirs, I had got a free credit card form ICICI Bank with my car loan in 2005, which I used regularly and Paid all dues in time, till around 2010-11. Then the co. Created a dispute regardingmy chq payment which the showed bounced, but it had actually been cleared from my bank. I have paid all correct amounts used by me till date. Even after lots of complaints the co. kept on adding penalties and late charges. Now fron then they are regularly mentally torchering and harresing me for settlement. Why should I do any settlement if I m not at fault. I have all the letters of complaints sent to co. for correction of accounts. Sir plz guide how get further claiming on the company for harresment.
