Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, My phone number is 9832851349 Deducted around Rs 65/- on 24.04.2015 with out information & complain was not registered though repeated request was made in reliance communication care (198). They have deducted balance without any data usage and upon request they are not providing data usage details to me. I have requested them to raise a service request for data usage information but they denied to do the same, Please help me in this matter. Thanks & Regards. Atiya Naaz
