Consumer Redressal

i have applied for job in hdfc bank throw a consultancy furm.but tha job is not done.they took 16800 rupees from me for this perpose.after few days i went thair office but thair office is closed.I got a mobile number of the member of conceltancy and communicate with him he return me only 4000 rupees. now when i call this number maximum time it say SWITCH OFF..and some time it's ringing but noone recive call..the number is 8820420353 and name is Anjan. it was opposite site of south damdam municipality(nagerbazr). i have original recive copy of 16500 rupees that taken by this conceltancy. sir plzz help me..plzz sir..i need back this money plzz help me sia/mam.
