Consumer Redressal

hello sir, I recently was in need of a developing team and so i posted my requirement on facebook and a lot of people contacted me. I chose one with name of Trique Technologies whose cofounder is somanka basu. They basically told me that they had gone through the documented requirements that i provided them in detail and are ready to start the project. I transferred half the money they asked for and asked them to start the project. After 13-15 days of stalling (during which they deployed 3 different developing teams and every time after 3-4 days the guy either demanded more money or just left the work) i got frustated and asked them to refund the money after charging what they had done (just 2 tweaks). now SOMANKA BASU threatened me that if I'll be impatient with them regarding the refund (which i am because i was to get the refund on 17th april as told by SOMANKA BASU) he'll block me. so i posted this same thing on facebook and other social platforms.
