Today on 10/05/2013 my children visited Gelato Vinto ice-cream shop in Deen Dayal City Mall of Gwalior. Price of one ice-cream cone displayed in shop was Rs 15.00. They purchased two cones. The shop keeper gave them a bill of Rs 542.00. They surprised and said how it can be so high. The shop keeper cheated and said price Rs 15.00 is only for empty cone and he charged additional Rs 508.50 (with tax) for filling of two cones.He cheated the customer by displaying misguiding information regarding price. The bill given by him does not have any serial number. The TIN number of shop is 2310907809 as displayed in bill. A strong action needs to be taken such cheaters and additional amount should be taken back from him.
