I, Manish Khatri S/O Shri Tej Narayan Khatri serving the country in Indian Air Force.
I have been cheated in kolkta by Mr. Asit Kumar Dutta and his son Ayan kumar Dutta. They have taken Rs. 2,75,000 from me as a advance for flat. neither they gave me the flat nor returning my money since Jun-Jul 14. An FIR is raised in but nothing happen beneficial except Rs. 85000 refund after quarreling daily.Please help me.
