Dear Team , I am using this Vodafone number 9811296267 since 15 years .I am on official tour outside India.I have requested to convert my post paid number to pre paid number for couple of months.. Suddenly 3 days back i just checked and saw that my number has been deactivated. How can they deactivate the number without any intimation.Had this been a postpaid number , numerous sales calls from the vodafone for Internet connection sale would come but when it comes to the deactivation /services are concerned the vodafone team are not bothered to inform the customer for onc.See,there are many service providers in the country now days and many new numbers available. If this number would have not been important to me i would have never requested to activate this. I have been writing to Vodafone nodal team/customer care team from abroad but the team is not ready to provide the resolution. I would request you to please take this matter ahead and support me .
