FLIPKART delivered the USED iBALL TABLET on 19th April 2015. This product was already purchased by SURENDRA KUMAR of mobile no. 9545065563 with serial number 911358401520093; which is SAME AS MY DELIVERED PRODUCT. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS CHEATERS.As I'm an outsider from Kolkata, I have to go back as early as possible. I have already registered my complaint to FLIPKART but they change their responsibilities time to time and wasting my time just for nothing. Please help me.
