Consumer Redressal

With due regards, I wish to submit following few lines for persusal please:- 1. that I am a consumer of Tata Sky of which i bought a Tatasky HD plus box in 2013 in anticipation of good TV service 2. that Tatasky has stopped providing TV signals w.e.f. 01 apr 2015 and first complaint was lodged on 02 apr 15 for rectification of the same. 3. that complaint for non rectification has been lodged a number of time since 02 apr 15 and i have been promised by tata sky that my complaint will be resolved with in a day. But i neither received a call nor a visit by any technician and problem stays as it is. complaint no for date 21 Apr 15 is NH1504115764459. 4. that i am preparing for a competitive exam and am unable to watch any news for past 21 days which is going to directly affect my preparations for said exam andhence my career.
