Dear Sir, I have bought videocon microwave Model no.--VC2800S from Delhi in 2009.But at home ,saw it was not working. I call to the videocon service center, an expert came, he repaired it and charged 700/rs . But after two days again it was not working. I call there again, he came and took my micro to center, after 20 days he returned my micro saying\" it is ok now\". But micro was not working well.He charged 500/rs. He did not give me any receipt.At last I contact to your customer care center many times. I complained many times since November 09 .complained detail as below 1. CAIJAI1011090057 2. JAI 1710100094 my latest complained was as below Jai1310110091 13\\10\\11 Jai0211110209 After, intervention of regional manger MR Satya Veer Sing Choudhary, Your local service center Send to Mr.Hemraj, who took away my micro to service center on 27Nov for repairing.But till Now I could not get it.
