Sir/Madame, My Intex mobile model name INTEX AQUA I5 MINI was given for repairing at INTEX mobile company's service center on 09/03/2015 having JOB NO. 1798 and was told be delivered within 15 days. But the same has not been delivered till now. Continuous inquiry was done on my part but to no avail. Continuous reminder has been sent even through e-mails to the higher authorities but till now neither the reply nor the product is received by me. More than two months have been passed.
