We had given on Rent the warehouse to M/s Rajprotim Agencies for the period of 4 months and they have paid the rent for the period of 3 months and 17days and they are not giving the Rent for the balance period of 13 days against which we have raised the bill amounting to rs.187709/- but they are not making the payment for the same. Please advise what to do?
