Consumer Redressal

I was an Employee with HDFC Bank Viman nagar Pune 5 years ago. My Employee Id V2367. My PF Money was to be transferred to CognizantTechnologies Ltd after my resignation.. My PF Account No. given to me was TN/31309/120236 by their PAD Referral Desk. The Total Amount at the time was Rs. 4,44,667/- Cheque No and Date - 463786 Dated 30/10/2010. They say that the cheque was couriered to Cognizant which was never received by cognizant till date. Niether HDFC Bank has given any Courier Details regarding the same till date. Now they are not ready to pay me the interest accumulated since last 5 years on the same along with the principal which is lying with them. Now both HDFC Bank and Cognizant are passing buck from one to another. And I am suffering this since past 5 Years HDFC Bank says that they will not be paying accumulated interest on the same on the Principal which is still pending with them. Kindly help me in getting my PF Amount back from them. I tried connecting with PF Offices for many times but they just give one line answer that we do not have any amount pending with us. Is this the role of PF Offce. When have I said that the amount is with PF Office , the amount is still lying with HDFC Bank - Trust. But I guess PF Authorities are weak in Simple English hence I am writiting the same to you. I have attached all the doucmentary evidence for your perusal along with Annexure K Do let me know if you require any other information from my side.
