Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, On 5th April, 2015 I placed more than ten orders. However, my complaint is for two orders bearing nos.44086051 and 44086059. Shop Clues sales products through Sunday Flea market. I placed orders for more than ten products. All in one number quantity however for the above two orders I asked for two quantity as these products are to be used individually. While I was updating my cart the total was shown Rs.1450/+ I used the services of BuyHatke an online service applies coupon codes for discounts and while finally making payment through net Banking the amount shown was Rs.1950/-+. I did not cancel the order as I thought that company will refund the excess amount charged as I am a very old customer. And immediately after placing the order I requested for refund the excess amount for which I was told to wait till the product is delivered.
