I,Tiyasha Roy of B-111,Merbold Street,Bidhan nagar,Durgapur 713212 had ordered for a Haute Curry handbag from www.shopperstop.in on 06.04.2015 with the order no 6907439 worth Rs 1151.28.The payment had already been done.12 days are over since then.I had called the company innumerable times.They have constantly been lying about the delivery dates.On requesting them to give me the contact details of the courier agency ,they have not provided me any help.I want my money back.I would request you to kindly help me with the matter.
