last several months, i am getting excessive energy bills even though our usage very minimum. my actual average monthly electricity bill should be around Rs.300-500, but we are getting bills of Rs.2,000 & above. we have done several complaints with CESC, Mandeville Gardens, Kolkata, but still there is no action being taken in this regard.
