I have ordered for new Iphone for Rs 24048 on 9th Feb 2015 at Rediffshopping, orderno 11155402. Rediff online shopping have send me a phone but was a used faulty phone. I have send it back to rediffshopping post making a complaint to them as per their policy refund norms. Since then i m waiting for the refund to come in but rediffshopping nor their vendor gadget street is initiating any revert on this. I am interested in getting my refund with some punishment to the vendor and rediffshopping in terms of monitory loss so that they dont cheat other customers.
