Consumer Redressal

I have a complain regarding my company in which i am currently employed, as they are not providing me and all the employees of the company with the PF a/c numbers, although they are deducting an amount of approx Rs 840 from our salary every month. I even approached the HR, the CEO and the director but they are just delaying it and its been almost 1 and a half year. moreover they dont giv out any salary slips to us, so how do we find out that the money deducted is actually going in our EPF a/c or not. Moreover the company is giving out excuses when asked for form 16 for any year. So how do i verify that the company is actually religiously depositing our pf's. I have a doubt that the company is not even registered. its a BPO which is is gurgoan as well named PCITS a part of the PCS group. Please help me out.
