My self Biswajit Sarkar staying in shrirampur dist of hooghly (W.B) last 4 years, and also my sister's sasur bari, in shrirampur..She order a Spice mobile from Homeshop 18 and received on dated-10.04.15 , but when she charged the mobile, the mobile could not charged, and than she call to the HS18 for complain register but there is not a single response to give the details.
