Respected Sir/Madam,
Through this letter I would like to notify you that I have a S/B account no. 00000034623878678 with SBI, Muchipara and I have been charged Rs 51/= as repin charges on 27.02.2015 though I have not requested for it. I had received my first pin on 08.03.2015 after receiving the debit card on 03.03.2015. I have submitted two letters twice to the concerned authority of the bank on 08.03.2015 and 08.04.2015 respectively notifying them the matter and requested them to credit the amount but they has not yet done it.So, I would like to take action against this and immediately credit the amount to the my account.
I hope my request will be granted.
