I bought an IFB Top loading machine on 21/4/13 Model NO AW60-205T from sawhney electronics Lucknow. I got problems immediately after installation. I complaint date 22 Aug, 2013 No 11253076 at 18604255678, shockers were damaged they were replaced but we have some other problems like clothes are getting stuck to some places and gets damaged, Filter was having problems, at swing to much of noise generated Complaint no 11545547 dated 25 sept 2013, 11674945 datd 17oct Now its Top door is getting junked and is getting damaged complaint no 15268581 dated 5/4/15 but they are not listening and even local persons are not picking up the Phone Mr Arun 9336977303. We are getting very much disturbed by their act Kindly do something so that we can use the goods peacefully The Purchase memo is attached
