Consumer Redressal

Me & my wife are cheated by a Corporate Insurance Agency Reliance Money Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from their branch at Vasai. They promised us a 80% loan on purchase of life insurance policies of Reliance Life Insurance & Birla Sun Life Insurance. We were to pay the premiums for 3 years and then we would get the loan. after paying the premiums we asked for the loan and then we were told that the loan does not exist. After trying a lot we got a refund of the premiums paid for Reliance Life Insurance but the company is not responding for the Birla Sun Life premium. We are visitng the office of Reliance Money and sending them mails but they are not even acknowledging. We wish to have our hard earned money taken from us with a promise to get us a loan for house.
