I have sent a document on 03/04/15 through DTDC courier & cargo Ltd Tarakeswar to my father at jaipur. It was supposed to reach by 8/04/15. But it has not reach till today. I have informed them on 11/04/15. On that same day they called my recipient and informed him that the courier will be reached by 13/04/15 . but till today it has not reach to the recipient. So I'm lodging a complaint against the courier service and requesting you to take an action against this company. My DTDC consignment no is K78191302 from DTDC Tarakeswar ccu-kf-1869.
