Dear Sir We have given our Property Building measuring 250square feet for Ration shop free of cost in Chinnamettupalayam during 2007 in view of public service. Due to our personal usage we have been insisting them to vacate the building from 2011 at various levels. Now they have constructed a new building in the nearby place for ration shop and due to some internal politics and EGO issues they are refusing to vacate the building, even after the new building being declared open on 25.03.2015 Yesterday Mr.Senthil Kumar Coimbatore President of Ration shop has come to our building and has shouted in a very awkward manner and stated that they will not vacate the building unconditionally without time limit and threatened us putting behind the bars if we demand them to vacate. Now we request your good self to kindly direct them to occupy the new building constructed and opened for the purpose of Ration shop and hand over the property to us without any time delay and damages Thank you Vanaja.S
