I am a consumer of HP Gas. My consumer No. is 612924. I booked cylinder on on 11.01.2015 vide Order Ref. No.3150928400111821 with the dealer M/s.Tarini Gas Enterprises, Sambalpur, Odisha but till date I have not received the refilled Cylinder. But when i complained through the HP complaint vide complaint No.15000212 dt.01.04.15 but the respond from the HPCL is that the complaint was closed on 01.04.2015 without any affect or service. I think that both the HPCL and Dealer are mixed each other.
