Consumer Redressal

We have Purchase one garment from BIBA HZ148B from Biba stores and was first wearn on 24th Feb.On the first wear itself the colour of got Bled .Its quite shocking to see that the colour of garment has bled and moreover We didnt even washed the garment .We have returned the garment to Biba stores oberoi mall mumbai with our complaint and recieved a call on saturday 4th April 2015 from the no 022-42950768 stating that they have sent the garment to Delhi office and the same is been sent back to them as it is. On trying to have the reason for denial they are speechless.. Over and above the way the complaint is handled by your local representative is quite irritating. Request to please help
