Consumer Redressal

I have purchased a ladies bag from this shop on 05042015. It was an evening. Next day morning when i took it out of the packet to take it to office i found that the skin of the bag is peeling off like a barren land. So i returned it to the shopkeeper and demanded for the cash back of Rs 1155/- for the poor quality bag i returned to them, so the salesman took the bag and told me that he will do the needful after consulting with the owner. But after 2 days ie on 9th i again called them and they told like they wont return the cash back and if i want i can take any product which cost the same amout from their shop." No cash refund" clause is not their in the bill.Now they have taken off the bag from me without giving me any receipt that they have taken the bag and they are not ready to give back the hard earned money of mine.Kindly do the need ful for reimbursement of my cash from Koorayil Shoe Mart, Near AVJ Jn. Mullackal, Alappuzha-688013
