Consumer Redressal

I had called up KENT sales person Vaibhav Kodam and he came and visited our house and sold us the Kent Supreme machine. We had made the payment of the same as cash on delivery. The machine was installed the next day and we had started facing problem the same day itself whereby the water leakage started, we called up Vaibhav kodam again and after multiple calls he arranged for the service engineer to come and look into the same, the engineer gave us an excuse and said due to some or other reason water leakage is happening, he said that he has fixed it, after 1 day again the same problem started; now we are totally unhappy with the Kent service and called up Vaibhav Kodam to replace the machine, which he is clearly denying that replacement cannot happen. I am not understanding the fact that a new machine just installed and not functioning properly, and for the same customer has every right to be protected; but somehow the arrogant sales person of kent is clearly
