Dear sir,
Myself Umesh Sattani and I have worked with Garden silk mills ltd from Jan 05,2010 to Dec 09,2011 but I have got only one part of pf and another part I.e pension part I have not received since that I have go to p.f office of Surat they said company have send wrong details with wrong NCP days ( Service is less than six month due to NCP days ) but actually I have worked 1 year and 11 months.Up to till 6 times my 10C form was rejected.After that I go to company they said sorry and give certificate of actual NCP days I.e I have work 1 year and 11 month but even though my form was rejected.so pls pls pls help me.I am very embarrase.
