Consumer Redressal

I am a vodafone user on 21.03.15 I recd a message from aircel informing I have been provided a number 8013808033 and I need to provide my details at 59059 to enjoy their services.I called and informed aircel that I have not applied for any connection.After a couple of days somebody called me up and said he is calling from aircel. I asked him about the message that i had received for which he said a person has applied for aircel connection and my reference was provided by that particular person.On asking about that particular person the aircel guy again started asking for the same personal details which I was suppose to provide according to the message.I refused to go ahead with this interrogation and he said I can't be helped in this case.Today 10.04.15 again I received the same message with from aircel with a new no 8013810804 to enjoy their services and I need to provide personal details at 59059.I think this is plain harassment.Can you please save me and take strict action.
