MSRTC ST Bus Pune to Kolhapur was failed at Katraj & Khambataki Valley on 6.45 & 10.30 PM respectively, 03.04.2015.
Even after lots of calls to Swargate as well as Kolhapur Depot, Controllers are not responding. Bus was at Karad at the time of 2.15 AM on next day.
This incident was resulting us to waster of money, time & more headache.
