No connectivity / No signal issue for the last 10 daysDear Sir/madam, Using TataSky DTH services since May 2013. Though there have been connectivity problems earlier but the same used to get resolved within a day or two. this time I am without TV (no signal) since April 1, 2015. So far 5-6 complaints have been raised by me. almost everyday I am making calls to TataSky call cantre to know the status but every time i am getting response that compalint will be taken up on apriority basis, however, probelem has not been resolved yet. in between two technician came but without resoving problem, they left. interestignly, even i got a message that your work order has been cancelled. i want to know why it is happening? they dont have any accountability to fix the problem? why a consumer is so helpless? what recourse one can take to get the problem resolved early.
