Dear Sir,
I am using Tata Sky, Since 2nd April 2015 I am not able to see the channels regarding this I had raised a complaint by mail even I am trying to reach Customer Care number but surprisingly no one is picking the call IVR message is coming out by saying that we are upgrading the system during this days I used to hold telephone line upto 45 minute butno Representative is attended the call...With this complaint I need appologies letter with 1 lakh rupees towards wastage of my time 3 days I have taken a leave from work and wait for technicia's visit - No One turned up
