Dear Sir
eBay has rejected my claim number 929386 saying that the seller hasnt emailed them that the product was destroyed when delivered. However to my the seller of eBay has confirmed that they will refund me the money. But now the seller is in hiding and I seem to have lost my entire money.
Please help
