Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have applied for a new Indane Gas connection on 21st January,2015 at their dealer point named Jiban Jyoti at Dhakuria. I was asked to buy a oven from them for immediate connection and I was told that if I do not do that connection will take a time. I checked with Indane customer care and I was told that as per their rules new the connection should take not more than 7 days. Till date I have neither received the connection nor have I received any correspondence from them. On 16th March, 2015 I filed a complaint in the Indane website and my complaint ref no is 1989007. I have not received any assistance from them so far. I am a public relations professional in a reputed MNC and my next move will be to seek help from my media friends and expose the malpractice that Indane is practicing through their dealers. I seek your help to resolve the matter and get justice as this is amounting to total harassment. I am awaiting a response and action from your end at the earlies
