Dear Sir,
I have purchased one pair of shoe on 24-Mar-15 from SSIPL lifestyle Pvt. Ltd,retail store based at Kundli.They guarnteed me 3 months exchange in written if any manufacturing defets ocuured during guarntee period.After one week of use shoe's sole pasting getting broken.I approached to the designated retails store on 03-Apr-15 for exchange.But they refused & behaved very rudely.
