I have purchased a lenovo mobile phone S660 model on 19.04.2014 with one year warranty which has stopped working since January 2015 for which I have approached the lenovo service centre at 20 H Park Street,, Kolkata 700016 on 07.03.2015 but the claimed Rs 8791.00 as repairing charge. But when I refused to pay due to warranty period then they returned my phone without repairing.
Please take necessary action to recover my phone.
