Consumer Redressal

I ordered few items from Libertshoe online on 28th April and received the package on 14th March. But one of the item was missing. They have such a pathetic service, no proper customer care service. My order no was #1000003828. One of the item was missing in the package and immediately called the phone no. given in shipping address. So far they told me to contact so many person, but nothing happened after almost a month. The person names Arvind, who is in-charge of handling customer problems tells everytime that this will be shipped next day which never comes. Everytime I call him and he gives some excuse. I'm fed-up with all this as already paid the full amount.
