My vodafone No 9836888568 was using post paid
conn with Net pack @95/-(Army plan)for last 1 1/2 yrs.Suddenly on Sep 14 I got monthly bill for Rs 3377/- where as the bill was ltd to Rs 250 to 300 /-pm. When enqrd they informed that my
scheme has been withdrawn & charged normal
tariff. In this conn no prior info or massg hv been
delivered to me. On 12 Mar 15 got a Notice from
DLSA, 24 PGS, (N), ALIPUR, KOL-27 to appear before
Lokadalat for settlement, accoerdingly I appeared but they demanded Rs 3500/- for settle down the
case though the fault comitted by them. They
could not clerify the reason for withdrwing my
opted plan. I talked times & again with their
customer care & Sr Executive & requested to find out the errots & fwd revised bill for payment but
they kept silent themselves for 3 months. Now I would like to request you to look into the matter & help me to get justice over this fraudulent case.
I hope, your hon'ble forum will be able to fetch favorable jugement.
