Consumer Redressal

Dear sir/madam, I Rahul Malhotra resides in Bhilai Chhattisgarh, about 2-3 year ago I got port my mobile no. Which I have been provided to smart ' Reliance' for the offers they promise to give but its just cheating the internet is just slow sucked down , they deducted my bal lots of time when I call for refund they said sir 😁 your number is not registered with us. I said then how its alive how can I able to use it. I send port msj all time they deduct the money but no port code. I also submitted my documents 3 times 1at retailer shop and 2times at reliance office..but still they are not providing me port code.... I'm totally mad 😠 about their behaviour. I going to file a complaint. On consumer forum of my city if online thing is not work. So please kindly help me out .. I need to get rid off this smart and as i mentally and economically harassed I need money that I blow on this for 10times its cost...
